18. In January 2020, around 1:45 pm in Imanta, near City Mall "Annuyiemis", I noticed two men, both of whom had obviously consumed alcoholic beverages in heavy quantities. One of the men, as further shown, is a Panda taxi taxi driver. Both men left the existing winner, left the building, and one of them would sit in a Panta taxi with car sign TQ3159. The question is - how exactly does Panda taxi select employees? Seeing the look of a man, I would never ride in his same car, nor would I let my friends and acquaintances.
