Poor quality refrigerator and appealing service

The door bracket of our Fridge needed replacement when the fridge was only 3 years old! We order the bracket on June 1 and as of July 21, have not received the part yet. How can it take so long to ship a bracket???? User’s recommendation: Do not buy a KitchenAid product.

Ordering.

It's a terrible feeling right now to say something bad about this company, but I'm not angry. First of all, it was already after filling in the order form. I filled in the application, where it was written that after filling in this application, the store will contact me in 10 minutes. Two hours passed, no news. I write an email. I replied that my application was not received, well.. I filled in the application for a new one and the problem was solved. But there was still nothing compared to the following. At the moment when the leasing company cooperates proffit sender a copy of your account is no longer given any message. Several days have passed, but the e-mails are not answered and there are no messages about the product I ordered. Therefore, it can be concluded only that the things written on the proffit.com website: leasing within 24 hours and receiving the goods within 24 hours are the MOST FAIRY lies! The most frustrating thing is that even the answers to the emails are not answered, so please kindly ask why then there is such a delay. After all, a single nerve damage. I initially re-evaluated this online store because the postings on the website are already very beautiful and enticing, but the truth is different. However, I will continue to wait for a reply to the e-mail, but if all this is resolved then I will notify you. But the fact is.. there is no call after 10 minutes, no confirmation of the leasing company after 24 hours, nor receipt of the goods after 24 hours.
