Bought several items and within just a month furniture starting falling apart. Sold me which I was told a Leather Recliner come to find out it was a Durablend Bonded Leather. Sounds like communication was s major problem and you must be a military customer who bought and moved…the Charlotte corporate office needs contacting as an issue of “not knowing” seems to be a major bridge that dont cross…good luck…Former employee who left on my own decision.
