Resolved: Title

Update by user Jul 16, 2021 received title release. Original review posted by user Jun 15, 2021 paid off account March 31 2021, it is now June 15,2021 and no Title release provided to state. No one seams to know anything in customer service, Kia’fs finance is terrible. User’s recommendation: finance with your bank, not Kia.
I did not receive my .$ 400.00 milltary rebate on my purchase of a 2021 KIA sorento on 1/21/21. I was told I would receive the rebate in appox. 90 days, It is now going on 5 months and still no rebate. Please explain why. User’s recommendation: Document all transactions.
