Poor service

Today 1.10.2020 7:20 noon. I get on the bus and so I am a student I have a lot to remember. And even early on the road I wonder when making a mistake is normal. So get on the bus and show the 3+ Family card and have the card and forgot to tell when to drive to the sweet. He did not say in a normal tone but in a rough tone said "need to tell where to go" The driver depends on the salary from our tickets but if this attitude then the salary is well deserved. I'm wondering when anyone can make a mistake.
