Why do Kailo not provide a customer service phone number?

Not getting answers as to where my shipment is. Patches are not working on me.

I have tried moving the patches around for couple of days now since you last notified me to do so. It still has no effect. I do want some kind of a refund. I bought 3 units. What happens next? User’s recommendation: I am unhappy that there is no customer service phone number.

I have emailed previously and was instructed to keep on Testing how I placed a patch I’ve spent a couple of days Trying Trying different methods , but no results yet

Not happy trying to contact for return.

Sent 2 emails to get return info with no response. They will not publish a phone number to contact them. Claim 90 day return policy but getting the run around. I paid a lot of money for this. Did not work for me . Want my money back.
