Problems with web site

I am trying to access the placement videos or customer contact info, but that stupid pop up about subscribing keeps coming up and will not go away, blocking me from doing anything on your site. This is ridiculous; please advise

They didn’t work for me

The adhesive bothers my skin and hurts when I take it off !!! Its not everything that they say it is !!! User’s recommendation: Very expensive for 3 I paid $209.00 N there’s isn’t a phone number to call them !!!

The product does not work for me.

I have tried several patches and none worked. I have requested a refund with no results. The product is not as good as Bio- Freeze. User’s recommendation: Save your money! The patches do not work! I want a refund but so far no results.
