Warranty issue 3 monhs in and no replacement shipped

Purchased aerogarden elite slim. 3 months in now garbage doesn’t work . Called customer service they agreed defective and will send me new one but lower and cheaper model because the elite slim was not in stock. Bought the 9 pod salsa garden and 3 of the heirloom Cherry tomatoes did not germinate

Did not germinate. Seeds were old. Cant reach you by phone. Not happy. Bought 6 gardens as presents and now tell them your products are defective. Sorry couldnt reach you since you are so virtual. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy.
