Only two items in box why do I pay so much for two items? Please send me a full size real box and not just samples that can be received from a cheap motel I expected really nice makeup not cheap samples

Plan cancellation

I went online to cancel my plan and I thought it was cancelled til I got charged again this month. I tried calling Ipsy customer service but couldn’t get through to anyone and it’s very frustrating
