Missing products and poor customer servicee

I received my Refresh bag. Membership $21.60. When I received it, I only had face wipes. I was missing my other products. I still have not received the other products. Ipsy is a scam and steals your money. User’s recommendation: Do not get a membership. Ipsy is a scam.

I cancelled my subscription and still got charged

I have canceled my subscription for two years and am still getting charged. Complete fraud on their part User’s recommendation: Do not start with this company! Can’t get in touch with a real person and doesn’t cancel you. I have been charged fir two years after canceling.

I canceled my account three months in a row, I was charged but did not receive product! They have no phone number to call and wouldnt cancel account!! User’s recommendation: Don’t buy from them unless you never plan on stopping.
