Never again! I ordered a pizza at 21:45, with a pick-up on the spot at 22:30, went there and told me to wait another 30 minutes! It looked like they hadn't even started cooking. Outside -9 degrees, I'm here for free, I won't stand outside in the cold. Looks like it's a standard thing here to choke customers.
