Never again! I ordered a pizza at 21:45, with a pick-up on the spot at 22:30, went there and told me to wait another 30 minutes! It looked like they hadn't even started cooking. Outside -9 degrees, I'm here for free, I won't stand outside in the cold. Looks like it's a standard thing here to choke customers. Nowadays, it is possible to order food through the application and see the exact time and location of the courier. In 2021, there will soon be no customers with such a service! Discipline.
