I would like to file a complaint about the actions of the head of the post office Anna, in connection with the delivery of a registered letter to a person to whom it was not addressed. The addressee of the registered letter - Maris Zars - is abroad, but the letter was handed over to another person - Svetlana Romanuka. As you know, this is by no means the only violation of this kind on the part of the postman Anna.
