Poor service
I received an incredibly fast shipment from Germany - it was sent to Australia within six days. How long did I have to wait until he would reach Melbourne from Melton? Even longer than from Germany to Australia! I called six (!) different tel. No. And everyone is either turned off or disconnected. I already realized that this is a fake office and I can no longer see my package. At the end I called the airport branch and there a very nice and responsive woman said that my info would be passed on to the boss. Many thanks to her, because the next day I was called and said that I would be there for my package in two days. What time? Have no idea. Sit at home at the door all day. I never recommend using this service. Everything,what you get will make you feel used.
