Never refunded my American Express card

Innovel tried to deliver an LG refrigerator to my house on October 23, 2030. I refused the refrigerator due to a LARGE dent on the front upper panel door. The refrigerator NEVER LEFT THE TRUCK. As of today it is still showing up on my Amex bill for $2128.00. User’s recommendation: DO NOT USE.
