Post Office sits on the package for a month, asks for money to release it
*SOLVED

A package ( containing Educational CDs and Manuals- Ref.No.CJ309620720US, total value of Rs.3000, weighting 3.5 Kg) was mailed to me 2 months ago from California, USA.
