Challenging in-store experience

Montreal, QC Fairview Pointe-Claire location: The girl on the floor refused to speak to me in English, though I heard her speak it to someone else at the counter. I am a regular at this store and this treatment makes me feel so enraged.

Unwanted credit line inquiry

I was completing a purchase at the location in Woodbury Commons Shopping Center when the cashier asked me if I wanted to join the Banana Republic Program.
