Ordered virtual gold from imbuygold.com (IMG Group Co.Ltd) and have only received multiple excuses from them as to why they could not deliver. Either the system is down, the gold is in demand, they don't have enough, their delivery account got banned, etc. I have been given 3 different delivery times and each one has not occurred.
Poor service, non-service
The hot water supply was interrupted in the morning of 22. 11. 2020. (Thursday), then late in the evening restored, but 23. 11. 2020. (Friday) in the morning interrupted again and not resumed. An information notice to the public has not been posted. 11/24/2020 by calling the company's contact phone, its representative informed that repairs are needed, but the company does not perform them on holidays. She won't know when anything will be done.
