The roof has been leaking for more than 8 months and is not being repaired!

Hausmaster / Civinity has been in contact for more than 8 months 26, but the operator only issues invoices and has not made any real quality repairs and has not fixed the problem. Water flows inside the apartment from the roof after each rain. Madness!
