Both fans fell

Both were installed by a licensed electrician. Both fell after being on high. The male and female ends dont stay together. Not enough threads in the female part. Not made well. Guess where? China. I wanted to speak to a live person

I have owned Hunter fans for 26 years and I had an issue about the remote and transmiter and needed to talk live. User’s recommendation: Don’t but Hunter.
