Poor service

Hello. I don't like to complain, but this has happened before. I order internet for a week + a text message arrives that AuMobile Karye's account is less than 0. 70 €. Okay, I'm waiting. I check my account in 10 minutes, yes. Money is gone. The service is not. Loading info. and it says that the Internet for a week + active. Call AuMobile 4 times. Nothing changes. Plus more internet speed in the evenings. Awful. The speed at night is very good. Around 30-50mbs considering that I live in the countryside. But in the evenings the speed is below 1mbs and pings around 800. I don't know what to do. Maybe switch to Telstra. They have fewer customers. Hope the speed will be better. For how I work from home I need internet. AuMobile raises the price but does not improve the network. So that everyone has a lot of little normal speed. Don't like to complain, but has anyone else had it? Order comes all sms but the internet doesn't go? Previously, the operator solved the problem around three at night. But this time the operator can't do anything. Transfer of information to technical staff who do not work 24/7. I don't know what to do. There has been that coming sms that the internet has spent but soon after it goes again. There has not been as a bee that unlimited internet is 50gb because sitting on the internet they 50gb a day go. AuMobile upgrade please your network so that in the evening the internet speed is all the same not the omes for whom it is a slow 15x evening restart the router to just sit on facebook.
