I think this is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I called three different times, twice no one answered when they put me through to someone and the third time she put me on hold for just a minute to take my name and number and never got back to me after at least a five minute wait. Extremely disappointed in your service. I love the product but apparently not the company. User's recommendation: I think this is the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
