The last three shipments of OTC pharmacy products have been poorly packaged and delivered opened or broken. I recently place orders and was told that the product was not in stock weeks after the order was placed. (Don’t they know what they have on hand?) User’s recommendation: Be wary of Humana OTC product shipment and customer service.
