There is no limit to the shamelessness of the mail! For the second time, I lost (read) my shipment to Adelaide, which is no longer just a coincidence, but the excuse is not ashamed to use empty standard phrases that it happens and nothing can be done! how can nothing be done? why are they intended at all if they are unable to perform and provide their basic functions? After repeated written and oral requests, the contact details of a responsible and competent employee are not provided! Maybe someone knows how to contact a meaningful postal worker, because they do not understand more than 3 meaningless standard phrases in their information center!
