Compliant of service

Took 15 min to get drinks and order placed. Got my coffee with cream and sugar with no spoon to stir table next to me have me one. Husband got his food 30 minutes later while I waited for mine still no silverware. Had to get from someone else. I finally get my food and as I’m... Read more➤

Issue with franchise

I didnt even get help. It was an automated message basically stating to go online to file a complaint or complement. Not only do I have an issue with the service that is provided but also the behaviors of staff and managers. I need to speak with someone that looks over these franchises that represent a place... Original review updated by user Nov 01, 2020 Im so sick of ordering and never getting what I actually ordered!!!!…..added a photo of what I ordered as opposed to what I actually received…. and of course they didnt give me my damn toast! User’s recommendation: Just go somewhere else and save your money and a headache.

regularly lost items to Emerald

There is no limit to the shamelessness of the mail! For the second time, I lost (read) my shipment to Adelaide, which is no longer just a coincidence, but the excuse is not ashamed to use empty standard phrases that it happens and nothing can be done! how can nothing be done? why are they intended at all if they are unable to perform and provide their basic functions? After repeated written and oral requests, the contact details of a responsible and competent employee are not provided! Maybe someone knows how to contact a meaningful postal worker, because they do not understand more than 3 meaningless standard phrases in their information center! Release them all to accept hardworking, responsible and honest people, not letter thieves!?for the state to hand over the functions and responsibilities of a private postman to someone - there will be at least some order! Who is protesting against the shamelessness of the post office and making customers powerless?
