Ordered an orchid to be delivered three weeks ago. Got an email a couple of days after the delivery date asking for a TrustPilot review but waited until I had heard from the recipient. Having not been thanked after three weeks, I asked the recipient and was told…
Didn’t deliver the flowers claiming wrong phone number and when provided with an alternative phone number, they called to demand that we go somewhere in the other side of Paris to pick up the flowers. Customer service was rude and refused to deliver a replacement bouquet
