Treatment of employees

I would like to draw the attention of anyone who plans to work as a nanny in this institution. Take into account that your hiring is quite conditional. An employment contract is concluded. Everything is ok there. But, God forbid, get sick - after the illness they will announce that the work is being terminated. Babysitters are constantly changing here. Come and go. Owners with a human relationship are on "You". Sad :(Knowing the situation that nannies here at work is not a stable indicator, a person who is interested in continuing to work, because the work addresses and the children have accepted, just started work. Of course, without explaining anything. The only reason could be a disease (officially with a sick leaf and a pile of medicine by the bed). Would it really have been better to keep going to work with fever, cough and runny nose? With children. The management was informed about the illness and about the time when it will be back in line as well. An attempt was made to find out the reason for the termination - without answering, incorrect calling on the phone and termination of the telephone conversation in the middle of the conversation. No response to SMS. The B / d manager also stated that in order not to expect any driver to appear while the dismissed employee is still at work . The attitude is colossal. In my opinion, this situation of constantly changing employees is undesirable and traumatizes the child's psyche. The child has just become accustomed to one babysitter and the next day to another.. Thank God, me children and from b / d age out and it will not be experienced. It's so shallow to use a situation when Ikshkile lacks b / d and make fun of employees.
