The vehicle I rented had no breaking light delaying me for 5 hrs trying to find some one to fix the problem I was told by hertz that they will refund the extra day charge and I was also charged fraudelant charges of a rental that I did not used
No I have not heard from thefts they are not properly conducted and dont have proper employees in their facility
Left disabled placard in car. Found by Hertz and we paid for shipping back on April 18th. It has not been sent. Numerous calls have received run around. Tweet with Hertz – said it would be returned. When we drove off the lot immediately part of the side mirror flew off. We did not hit anything, it was random at no fault of us.
Review: I want to complement Ron at DIA/Hertz for his exceptional service to me the many times that I have rented a car at DIA (almost every week Th to Su, for many years). He has been very helpful each time!. User’s recommendation: Get Ron to help you!!!
Slow service.
We wished Spices and Bei were so slow to serve. about 20 minutes, then another 20 minutes, while we were able to order, then when the dogs were prepared, they were not brought immediately, but after 20 minutes. Do not understand in others Both bei, such service has never been, everything happens much faster, do not wait that long. We'll never go back there.
