I got a Hertz rental on April 6, 2021 at 11:28 AM and returned it on April 8,2021 at 11:32 AM and was charged for three days. I called the agency on US 1 in Saint Augustine and was basically told, “Too bad that is three days rental.” Looks like I will never use Hertz again…nice going....

Update by user Apr 21, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. A discount was offered on future rentals which was declined. Slow service.
We wished Spices and Bei were so slow to serve. about 20 minutes, then another 20 minutes, while we were able to order, then when the dogs were prepared, they were not brought immediately, but after 20 minutes. Do not understand in others Both bei, such service has never been, everything happens much faster, do not wait that long. We'll never go back there.
