Tour Money Fraud
6/4/2020 was on a bus tour to Montenegro. Everything good was ruined by the company's attitude after the trip. 9 excursions were offered during the trip. We saw on the website the price differences between pre-trip tours and price-paying on the spot. We contacted Joy Tours - we paid according to the invoice for two people for all excursions by bank transfer. There were no 2 excursions during the trip (National evening and boat trip - for the total amount of 2 persons 150. 00 AUD). Guide Svetlana told the group that the money will be returned. Personally, WhatsApp was also mentioned for the refund. Returning from the trip, we also reminded Joy tour about the missed excursions and the amount to be returned. We received an email that will be transferred to accounting. It's been a month and the Joy Tour is no longer responding to our question about a refund. Don't communicate and pretend that customers are no longer needed, just their money! However, we will not accept this attitude! If the service did not take place, then we want to get your money back. We will also contact the CRPC.
