Luck me, got the dreaded CE code suddenly without warning, and without any apparent problem other than the code. And of course, the parts are about $400, and there’s no guarantee that they will fix the problem. If I pay someone you could add another few hundred, I’m sure. The parts are nowhere to be found either....

I never had anyone contact me about my problem. I have a pump (pool motor) that was installed in May 2016, and it is making a very loud noise. These pumps should not be this loud after only 5 years. User’s recommendation: don’t have one.
My pump was under a 1 year warranty. When I installed it for the season, it lost prime and did not filter properly. Hayward sent me a new motor which I could not install myself. I would need to pay a pool company money to install it to the old housing. I asked Hayward to resend me...
