The company is not helping me with a warranty issue

My pump was under a 1 year warranty. When I installed it for the season, it lost prime and did not filter properly. Hayward sent me a new motor which I could not install myself. I would need to pay a pool company money to install it to the old housing. I asked Hayward to resend me a motor with the impeller section, but they refused. Then, I could have easily slipped the new motor in place. It User's recommendation: Buyer beware. Your warranty may be worthless.
