I was on hold for 3 hours trying to get a hold of tech support on a Hayward Product. After no success with the tech support I went out and purchased a Pentair Product at least their tech support answers the phone. User’s recommendation: I would never recommend any Haward Product.

We have been taking care of our pool for over 25 years. There is an o ring that needs replacing about once per year. In the past year we have gone through 4 o rings. At a cost of almost $40 A pop, that is almost thievery . We have contacted Hayward several times with zero response....
