The issue has been resolved.

First, the Handy employee rescheduled at the last minute on a Friday when I was already halfway to the job site. At the rescheduled appointment on Monday. I waited for 2 1/2 hours with no response from either the employee nor Handy. User’s recommendation: My previouse experience was good. Be certain to have a phone #.

My pro failed to show up

My Pro was very unprofessional I will never use the Handy app ever again. I confirmed with my pro twice for today at 10am and he never answered any of my messages or calls and never showed up.
