Customer canceled

I finished my job on July 17th. It is now August 4th and the client JUST CANCELLED it somehow. I got charged 50 bucks for a job I completed. I swear if this doesn’t get fixed, this will be my last time using Handy as a Pro. User’s recommendation: If you’re a pro, stay away from it.

Horrible service for the employees

They won’t pay me a promised bonus of work completed. I completed 2 handyman jobs during a promotion week guaranteeing an $80 bonus and I have emailed 4 different times asking for payment timeframe.
