Client declined cleaning

Client declined a cleaning, I went to her house rang the door bell and she came to the door lokked at and walked away. I called 3 times and texted her phone and she did not respond. Now I’m being charged for a nk show and 50.00 this is crazy!

Why my ratings are going down every time i don’t complete due to client no show

My ratings went from 75% to 45% and I noticed irs happened when I don’t complete the job because customer didn’t let me to have a way in or not home… I know I have not done anything wrong please help with this
