Mixed up deliveries, or, non deliveries

This is for Gwendolyn Kinsey, Acct: 304*-311-****. Pin 113822. ON December 4,2020 we placed seven ( 7) orders. Apparently five(5) were delivered in January as we were advised. Wrongorder delivered. I was told what was delivered had been ordered on line. I actually talked to a real live person! They sent the same order to the same person on the gift list years earlier. w

They denied there was a phone order, said I ordered on line and was told by a woman named Kay that “It was on me.” I did not place an on line order and did not imagine a phone call. Terrible appearance and customer service

Three orders shipped, two the same and the other one was pears. I was there when this one was delivered as a gift. When opened it looked like 2 little grapefruits and 9 lemons……….no kidding, everything was yellow. I was so embarrassed.
