Missing money. No history of withdrawl

Was told on July 9 when I filed a dispute with missing money I could submit by email so I did so now I called in this Saturday saying I have to submit it by writing. Almost my whole paycheck disappeared .I dont have money for groceries. Not happy on this User’s recommendation: Don’t use green dot.

No bee violations in the country
