Unable to initiate the Credit Card

I sent all information that Green Dot requested, and I have not heard back from them? There seems to be a problem with the name on the Credit Card that I purchased? User’s recommendation: Be very careful purchasing a CC.

My SSI check was stolen from my direct express account and it was put in a green dot account and I have the account number for that card .
