AFTER A NUMER OF ATTEMPTS TO ORDER ON LINE WITHOUT SUCCESS, THEN TRIED ORDER OVER THE PHONE WITHOUT SUCCESS THEN TRIED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITHOUT SUCCESS, GUESS THEY DON’T WANT MY BUSINESS !!! User’s recommendation: IF THEY DON’T DO BETTER THEN SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE !!
destroy my faith in buying on internet , never again.12 days after order tracking still says “lablel made”. check with ups and they have not received the product , but company says ups is late on shipping due to riots. who is correct ? User’s recommendation: do not buy on internet.
Ordered work shoes from Overstock, with Shoebuy as the third party seller. They are now many days late from their “estimated” delivery time, and the shipping info has not updated for a week, which is unhelpful. Have contacted customer service a number of times just to be told that I’ll receive a call back from them soon....

I have shopped via internet for Years and hey have the very worst service, worst on time delivery and worst customer service folks on the Planet. Stay away from this company.
