If even Disneyland is closed, why is Great Wolf Lodge open during an outbreak. I had planned to go on a trip before the disease had been declared a pandemic. When my boyfriend and I decided to cancel our trip, Great Wolf Lodge started dodging calls, and even online chats and emails so that we could not...

No one is picking up the phone. The lines are busy. Why send out information about being able to cancel your reservation and when you call. No answer for over 2 hours.
t This is the first review I have ever written. I have tried in every way possible to communicate by phone directly to the lodge, to the 800 number, the manager on call and another manager at the lodge just last night. I tried reaching Brienna the assistant manager who…

Demagoguery, fraud, poor service
Amazing service: my father, an elderly man, a few years ago suddenly received the news that now his house at 11 Indranu Street was managed by the Head Association LNiPA Vitolds Peipins. He starts by sending an increased invoice without even concluding any new contract (the father has an old contract for an indefinite period). The sequel is shocking: we go to him, there is no conversation (because only he, Peipins), promises to send a contract. After a while, the father receives a contract by e-mail, we write back his comments and... A few years have passed, the contract has not been concluded, the bill consistently comes with large amounts of rent and accumulates as a debt. Courts have started because none of the tenants agree to such a big jump in rent. Peipins also tried the tactic of turning off the hot water last winter - he managed to solve it with his communications. I believe that this is a classic example of terror aimed at "exiting" former tenants in a "legal" way - by demanding increased rents. As a result, my father's health, which was not particularly brilliant, has deteriorated rapidly. I believe that the aforementioned Vitolds Peipinsh, to whom this house owner has entrusted this dirty work, has made a great "investment" in it. It is said that the curse of a cat does not climb into the sky - I can say, climbs. Not once. Meita Victoria
