Demagoguery, fraud, poor service
Amazing service: my father, an elderly man, a few years ago suddenly received the news that now his house at 11 Indranu Street was managed by the Head Association LNiPA Vitolds Peipins. He starts by sending an increased invoice without even concluding any new contract (the father has an old contract for an indefinite period). The sequel is shocking: we go to him, there is no conversation (because only he, Peipins), promises to send a contract. After a while, the father receives a contract by e-mail, we write back his comments and... I believe that this is a classic example of terror aimed at "exiting" former tenants in a "legal" way - by demanding increased rents. As a result, my father's health, which was not particularly brilliant, has deteriorated rapidly. I believe that the aforementioned Vitolds Peipinsh, to whom this house owner has entrusted this dirty work, has made a great "investment" in it. It is said that the curse of a cat does not climb into the sky - I can say, climbs. Not once. Meita Victoria
