Resolved: Couch has yet to arrive

Update by user Apr 02, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Within a week of making this post, Grand contacted my wife and told her the couch would be there the next day. Got a call at work from my wife when it arrived, no apologies or anything... Read more➤
