MTTC failure

I got on November 3rd that I removed my cell phone, which was repaired due to a couple of defects. Immediately after that, I had found that my internal phone memory, including all my notes, no matter how many accumulated, or less, number of notes - text messages and phone numbers - had been deleted, altogether. From the beginning to the girl - the service worker, the first time I went, most likely without warning me, about such a possibility, because otherwise I would not have left my phone there for repairs under any circumstances. Even if she had told me what was being said about the deletion, then, perhaps inaccurately, that nothing would be deleted, I would still, after that, seem to be asking clearly. VS, right? / it is a violation of great with irresponsible negligence and, let's say,reckless action against the customer, and, as is already known to me here, reading that, not the first, voiced in the rubrics with what reasonable complaints against this repair company, service. / and why I have to receive text messages in Mexicon, that I myself had promised, at least, my employee, at the time of the phone repair, that these formal shortcomings would be eliminated, but not, they seem to continue unnecessarily. And the customer can't understand whether to come to the service for, as if, the repaired goods, or not, wondering what that text message holds to really mean? And, besides, I was sent in error - that I had to pay 40 cents more, that, before that, I was told about another amount that was the right one, and again at the Mexicon writing. / was such a 'trifle' that I lost, accidentally, a leaflet or a coupon at its repair shop. And,calling the mttc consultation phone, finding out, said that you can also come to the service address where the property to be repaired was transferred with a passport. Later I come there, told me that no - that it only applies to the service of the main branch in another, or 2. At its address here, as if in Quebec. And I had to spend a lot of time and time to go home again to Juglu - 3 after the phone warranty card to get, at least, at the service, company information about my phone. Is it normal to get there with them then work!? For that phone call to mttc, I spend time and money, as well as, for them, driving back and forth. And while I was in the branch, before me, a woman complained on the spot about her treatment of herself. So, even there, probably, that neither the first nor the last case is related to customer-expressed complacent,complaints against them - employees. Someone who, perhaps, really can, is able to do this situation so that it does not happen again, respectively, the guilty person, or others who, if they still exist like this, appear and do not do it, did not act as they should or did not? Is it that, if, some, relevant, officials, officials read about this, then all this, as 'along the ears', or 'through the flowers', in particular, without paying attention to it, without paying attention to how much, how, certainly, should, should? I would like to know what and how about this.
