Damaged clothes
I take the Italian designer cotton jacket clean, where, if not on the grater, because so far everything I paid to clean has returned to this company ok. I was given a colorless jacket, explained that they had washed, because it was provided by the manufacturer's instructions, the fact that the paint had gone was the fault of the manufacturer. Admittedly, the cleaning instructions indicated washing at 30 degrees t. If the clothes tended to lose color, in the summer, in the rain would have noticed it, I assume that vnk. An employee did not look and washed at a higher temperature... I was told that there was a lack of employees! (not mine as a customer's question) and there is a lot of work - so that, taking it to the examination or to the seller (away to Italy) we agreed that the grater will restore the color, (because I don't need compensation anymore, but a piece of clothing,who is dear and comfortable), k. As repainted - was not as terrible as at first, but the bitterness of the whole situation remained profound. To be honest - I don't know at all who can be entrusted with cleaning clothes.
