Poor service
I ordered bed slats through the company's website, indicating that I will receive the product myself in their store in Devonport. The product was paid for in full. It took several days before I received a call from a store employee who announced that the product was in the store - in Devonport and could be received. After about a week I arrived at the store to receive the product. A trip to the store had to be planned, in addition to a 2-month-old baby's visit to the doctor. The child and his wife stay in the car and when I enter the store I announce that I have arrived for the goods. The employee starts researching the order on the computer and suddenly another employee logs in, who announces that the product has not been delivered and the product is not in the store. This, of course, shocked me a little, given that their employee announced that the item was in the store. The employee statedthat they themselves lack lamellas in the store to install the beds. I explained to the employee that in such situations it is better to report if anything happened because my time was wasted! That was not acceptable to me. I left the "hospitable" store premises and after 10 minutes I received a call from the store that the next day I could get the lamellas right in the store. Leaving the lamellas and unpacking them, I found that they had been used and used (screw holes to secure them). The store used the lamellas I ordered to use for my store and then drop them off for me! Disgusting!
