Have not received any confirmation of my plan change

All I need is confirmation of my plan change to £6, for 12month contact with 4GB of data . A penny was deducted from my bank account , processing seemed to stick . Please advise if my application is successful .

To complain about some of your advisors

Once I cancelled and settled my final bill, I received several phone calls on a Daily basis, alongside several letters still demanding money.
