highly imp. (documents) courier returned to origin place without delivery [unprofessional employees full of lies]

It was booked on 6th jan 2017' 12:00pm from chennai to hyderabad. The cover reached to nearest the professional couriers counter (Hyderabad-madhapur) on 7th jan 2017' 12:29pm which is hardly 300 meters from my residence. Salary

Hello! I want to share my adventures a bit and warn job seekers I decided to look for another job, how much money I need. I found a good vacancy in the ads for a bartender-waiter in the cafe L'Acquerello. (SIA DUBNAGU MUIZA) Promised to pay 3 dollars per hour (during working hours from 12-18) on working days, 30 hours a week, promised to transfer the entire salary to the card, without any envelopes. I was given a contract which did not say that 3euro per hour before taxes and 20h instead of the above 30h. Adding that everything will be counted on the card and these numbers in the documents it is just so for security. So to speak for documentation and reporting. The contract mentioned that the salary will be paid twice a month, on the first dates of the month the salary and up to 15 days in advance. Overall, everything was fine in the first month. On December 1, I received a salary for November, but when December 15 came, I did not receive an advance. The next day I turned to the management and asked when there would be an advance and whether there would be at all. To which I received the answer: "we have to pay the rent first, maybe in the next few days an advance will be paid to you. " At the end, I received the advance on 20 December. I don't pay much attention to how much we are all human beings and everything happens in life. Well already arrived 5. January I didn't get a salary for December, I thought it would probably be tomorrow (January 6), but even then she didn't come, it started to worry me how much everyone has their responsibilities and they have to fulfill them, if something doesn't happen we have the opportunity to warn one another. I realized that with such work I would not be far enough to pay my bills on time and somehow need to live. I decided to go to management and write a statement that I was leaving the job, to which I was shamelessly told that I had to work for two weeks by law. Accordingly, I replied that I have probation and, by law, I do not have to work. In turn, they replied that they are just papers and everything is decided by them and not by me and the law. I offer another week to work so I can find someone else in my place in the meantime. But at the end of the day, I was given a white piece of paper and asked to write an application about leaving voluntarily and that I could not work on anything. It took me over a week to get a salary, but only part of it! I decided to call to find out why I was not paid the full salary I earned. The answer I received surprised me "for how much you refused to work and left us, we don't have to pay you the full salary". I repeatedly had a probationary period and offered to work for another week.
