Very disappointed in this product

I was looking forward to wearing a product that promised comfort….but I had them in my shoe for less than 10 minutes and developed a hot spot on my heel; they were horribly uncomfortable. Gekks ruined my shoes and won’t respond to me about it

Their product returned my Tieks. They are ignoring me. Im so upset. Their product will rip the leather off of your shoe!!! Destroying the shoe!! And theyll ignore you when you approach them about it!! User’s recommendation: Do not buy-will ruin the insides of your expensive shoes.

Contact on missing delivery unavailable

Ordered once and delivery was made in reasonable time. Second order is pending for some reason and I’ve had no return email. User’s recommendation: Great product. Poor team response.

No response to repeated requests

I sent several emails, per the instructions on their web site, and none have been answered. Very distressing. There is no phone number to call. Their website states that customer service is a priority…Ha! User’s recommendation: I would not use them again.
