I bought extended protection for my Sleep Experts bed power base in October 2020 and have yet to receive evidence of the warranty. There has been no response since checking in with them via your portal.
I cancelled my furniture protection plan 10-19-20, I have to called like 40 times and I get transfer, or they tell me will email, but nothing, I am getting the passing the buck between GBS and Ashley Furniture, about my refund. When you are buying an insurance hoping that if you need it in the future it will cover for the damage, its weird that they can cover for everything else except for the claim that you are doing, with the answer that unfortunately your policy is not covering for that. Placed a claim 2/17/21 for 2 broken pieces of furniture and followed all protocols listed in the “service/protection” agreement. NOTHING has been resolved and each company keeps blaming the other for the delays. User’s recommendation: DO NOT Spend extra money on “service plan”.
